Prices
Our patients are all individuals with differing treatment requirements and as such it can be difficult to give an accurate cost for treatment at the outset. For example some patients don’t react as expected to the medication and top ups may be required and not everyone wants additional laboratory culture or freezing
We acknowledge it can be difficult for patients to compare the pricing structures of different clinics for this reason.
As a very rough guide we advise our patients to budget for £5,500 to £7,000 (including medication) for an IVF cycle, bearing in mind that the medication alone can account for around £1,500 of this. ICSI will cost an extra £1200 on top of this. This guide price not include the cost of any investigations and screening which can amount to several hundred pounds but these may not be necessary if it is not your first cycle. There will be additional charges for additional services if used and for optional extras such as use of the embryoscope and freezing any “spare” embryos you may have.
Please refer to our Funding your Fertility Treatment document as this details the billing process and gives some worked examples of what patients can expect to pay in different scenarios. and Breakdown of Charges for Fertiity Treatment.
